Dialogue Consulting
Established in 2015 in Saudi Arabia, Dialogue Consulting specializes in strategic alignment between leaders, and in removing the management obstacles that hold back the execution of plans, for public, private and non-profit organizations.

Founder
Specialist in strategic alignment and whole system transformation, and founder of the Strategic Alignment Advisory Program, developed and applied since 2017.
Experience
- 20 years at Saudi Aramco in leadership development, human resources development and performance improvement.
- Former Administrator of the Management Training Center and the Leadership Center at Saudi Aramco.
- Initiated and led the Operational Excellence programs and the Performance Improvement Consultant program at Saudi Aramco.
- Led projects with Saudi ministries and universities, and with companies including Siemens.
